FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Australia's Green Power Retailer Jackgreen Selects Peace

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, November 15, 2004 - Green power retailer Jackgreen has selected Peace Software's Peace™ Customer Information System (CIS) for billing and customer relationship management (CRM) of its energy consumers in New South Wales, Australia. Peace was chosen for its energy-specific CRM capabilities that reduce cost to serve and eliminate the need to license, integrate and support separate CIS and CRM systems.

Jackgreen is a new electricity retailer serving consumers with an interest in the environment and social matters. The community-based retailer offers ‘lifestyle' products that combine green power, charitable donations and discount prices.

Jackgreen is able to deploy the Peace product ‘off-the-shelf' within a three-month timeframe based on comprehensive pre-packaged functionality and Peace Software's experience in Full Retail Competition (FRC) energy markets.

Andrew Randall, Jackgreen's Managing Director, said: “Peace will get us up and running in the market quickly with best-in-class technology that will give us an edge over the traditional power companies in winning and serving Australian consumers.”

Peace automates the entire customer lifecycle; from prospect management and sign up, to billing and customer care. Peace's unique customer profiling, pricing and quotation capabilities will enable Jackgreen to offer products tailored to individual consumer preference on capped rate contracts.

Ashleigh Antflick, Jackgreen's General Manager of Strategic Operations, said: “The suite of integrated modules from Peace allows Jackgreen to engage in high value and enduring relationships with our customers, whilst maintaining a lean mid and back office that keeps the cost to serve low.”
