ORLANDO, FL and BEND, OR, October 29, 2004 - Innoprise Software, Inc. today announced that OPUS21, headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota, has contracted with the company to license Innoprise CIS software as the outsourcing company’s new software solution for CIS data hosting.

Innoprise CIS is a fully integrated enterprise software solution developed specifically for the business needs of utilities and local government agencies. OPUS21 is a business management and outsourcing company that provides application services provider (ASP) services for customer information management and billing to municipalities, electric cooperatives and public utilities.
