On Time and Under Budget - Intermountain Gas Company Goes Live with Conversant’s Customer Watch CIS Solution

JOPLIN, MISSOURI, October 11, 2004 – Conversant, Inc. announced today that Intermountain Gas Company has completed implementation of their new customer information and billing system. Conversant’s Customer Watch CIS solution went live on August 2, 2004, serving Intermountain Gas Company’s more than 250,000 natural gas customers in southern Idaho. Following the successful completion of a Pilot Program in October 2003, the Customer Watch solution was implemented on time and on budget, nine months later.

Paul Powell, Intermountain Gas Company, Chief Financial Officer said, “The success of the Customer Watch implementation is a tribute to the dedicated efforts of both Intermountain Gas and Conversant personnel.
