ROCHESTER, NY, August 13, 2004 - Blue Heron Consulting Corporation is pleased to announce the successful upgrade implementation of PeopleSoft CIS version 8.8 at Washington County Maryland. Under prime contract to Maximus, Blue Heron Consulting led the combined Washington County and Blue Heron team through the upgrade from PeopleSoft CIS version 7.5 to version 8.8. The upgrade project lasted two months.

“Our compressed nine week schedule was met due to Blue Heron’s knowledge of CIS business processes, the technical aspects of CIS, and the methodology they employed,” said Angie Poffenberger, Washington County DBA.
