COVINGTON, GA and TORONTO, CANADA. July 8, 2004 - The City of Covington, Georgia has selected Advanced Utility Systems to deliver CIS Infinity™, a new customer information and billing solution for the City's electric, natural gas, water, sewer, sanitation and stormwater services.
