("Cayenta"). Cayenta is a leading provider of CIS and enterprise resource management solutions to utilities, city governments, and educational institutions.

Effective June 3, 2004, Cayenta becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Harris. Cayenta will continue operations from their existing offices in Vancouver, British Columbia. Cayenta will operate as a separate business unit of Harris and will focus on continuing its customer service excellence.
