Alliance Data Systems Implements
New Customer Information System for Metropolitan Sewer District of
St. Louis
Long-term agreement includes
replacement of St. Louis' Customer Information System (CIS) to improve
efficiencies and flexibility of customer management services for 430,000
customers
DALLAS, TX, May 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Alliance
Data Systems Corp. (NYSE: ADS), a leading provider of transaction
services, credit services and marketing services, announced today
that it has finalized implementation of a customer information system
(CIS) for the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD). Under
terms of a multi-year agreement, Alliance Data is providing CIS
hosting and application management services for MSD, Alliance Data's
first solely wastewater utility client. MSD is a top-five wastewater
utility operating 8 treatment facilities with 9,000 miles of sewers.
