Six Utilities Select Advanced
Utility Systems
In the Past Five Months, Advanced
has Kicked Off Six CIS Infinity™ Billing and Customer Service
Software Implementations
TORONTO, CANADA; April 30, 2004 - When faced with
choosing a new CIS solution, public utilities across North America
and the Caribbean continue to turn to CIS Infinity.

recent success is directly related to the satisfaction level of
our clients. They are happy with CIS Infinity, with our implementations,

More about the six new contracts:
- Northern Kentucky Water District in Edgewood, Kentucky serves
71,000 accounts, and is on-track to go live in summer 2004.
- The City of Edmundston, New Brunswick selected CIS Infinity
as their billing solution for electric, water, sewer and other
municipal services.
- The City of Englewood, Colorado has signed up with Advanced
to provide water, sewer, storm drain, and concrete services to
approximately 40,000 accounts. The City is implementing CIS Infinity
to interface with Oracle Financials.
- Advanced is working with their current client, Greater Sudbury
Hydro Services, as they assume responsibility for billing 60,000
water and sewer customers from the City of Sudbury, Ontario.
- South Carolina's Mount Pleasant Waterworks serves 25,000 accounts,
and completes its CIS Infinity implementation in summer 2004.
- Having selected CIS Infinity for water, electric, and natural
gas billing, the City of Covington, Georgia begins implementation
in May 2004.
