IDAHO FALLS, ID -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 8, 2004 - AMX International, a leader in providing complete enterprise software solutions that fit local governments and municipal utilities worldwide, announced today that the City of Bellevue, Wash. successfully implemented PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne® financials (formerly J.D. Edwards 5 software), and AMX IQ™ on time and under budget . The City signed contracts on July 1, 2003 and launched the implementation in August 2003. The complete solution delivered by AMX included overall project management, implementation consulting services, systems integration, and custom software development services.

For the next phases of the project, AMX will implement the City's remaining suite of EnterpriseOne applications for local governments, including asset lifecycle management, human resources, and payroll. AMX will also provide development services to enhance EnterpriseOne with a labor and benefits budgeting module for position control.
