Cogsdale Corporation to provide Integrated Solution to Newnan Utilities

CHARLOTTETOWN, PE, CANADA, March 17, 2004 – Cogsdale Corporation is pleased to announce that Newnan Utilities in Georgia has selected Cogsdale CSM and Microsoft Business Solutions – Great Plains to provide a fully integrated financial management system. The new applications are built solely on Microsoft technology; the financial management processes will be handled by Microsoft Great Plains, while Cogsdale will manage the utility billing/customer information processes with Cogsdale Customer Service Management, an application developed by Cogsdale for utilities and local governments.

Newnan Utilities provides water, electricity, sewer, cable, phone and Internet services for approximately 23,000 customers in the City of Newnan and Coweta County. Celebrating their 100th anniversary this year, Newnan Utilities has influenced many cable and utility companies across the country with their technological milestones.

Andy Sharp, Controller with Newnan Utilities, is pleased with the selection of Cogsdale and Microsoft Business Solutions – Great Plains and believes both products will meet their needs.
