SANTA ANA, CA., March 2, 2004 — Open-c Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of NWP Services Corporation (NWP), a premier provider of billing and customer care solutions to the multi-family real estate, utility and energy industries, signed a 3-year contract with Washington Gas Energy Services (WGES) for outsourced billing application services. The outsourcing services went live on February 18th following a two-month project. In supporting WGES, the company is using the Open-cIS™ software from Open-c Solutions and is also providing database administration, software upgrades, hosting and infrastructure services.

“Outsourcing to NWP provides us with a state-of-the-art and scaleable CIS allowing us to focus on our energy market business and our valued customers,” said Harry Warren, President of WGES.
