Kenneth E. Rybka to Lead Business
Development at Blue Heron Consulting
ROCHESTER, N.Y., January 2, 2004 - Blue Heron
Consulting Corp., a management consulting and technology services
firm specializing in customer care and billing solutions, has announced
the appointment of Kenneth E. Rybka to lead business development
and technology strategy. Rybka, named Vice President of Business
Development and Technology, brings nearly 20 years of experience
in the energy and customer management technology industries. Most
recently he led overall product and marketing direction for Oracle
Corporation's utility offerings.
The appointment of Rybka is a key element of Blue
Heron's intensified focus on providing innovative, affordable technology
solutions, part of its general growth strategy. An independent provider
of high-quality technology and professional services, the Rochester,
N.Y.-based firm has doubled revenues every year of its existence.

Prior to joining Oracle, as Senior Vice President

He led the successful launch of SPL WorldGroup’s third-generation
customer information system (CIS) product, including functional
definition and market strategy. At SPL WorldGroup, Rybka was also
responsible for establishing the firm's energy practice. He directed
both the development of SPL WorldGroup's highly demanded CIS product
and growth of its energy practice. Rybka earned B.S. degrees in
Management and Information Systems from Fairleigh Dickinson University
in Madison, N.J., graduating Summa Cum Laude.
