Severn Trent Systems Names North Pacific
its Official Training Partner for CIS Open-Vision
HOUSTON, TX; December 17, 2003 - Severn Trent
Systems (STS) is pleased to announce they have entered into a preferred
provider agreement with North Pacific Training and Performance,
Inc. STS will present North Pacific as the preferred provider for
end-user training for their utility customer information system,
CIS Open-Vision (CIS/OV).

North Pacific Training and Performance is a supplier of end-user
training and performance support services. They are based in Vancouver,
Canada, and operate across North America. North Pacific was instrumental
in the CIS/OV implementation at Snohomish County PUD earlier this
year where they provided training, documentation, and change management
services.
