Chester Water Authority Goes
Live with HiAffinity
BOSTON, MA; December 11, 2003 - DST International
Billing (DSTi Billing) - the leading provider of innovative customer

today that Chester Water Authority (CWA), a water utility headquartered
in Chester, Pennsylvania, has completed their migration from Custima
to it's new HiAffinity Customer Care and Billing System. DSTi Billing
already has HiAffinity users live in the US, UK, Ireland and Bulgaria.
CWA moved to HiAffinity so they could have the very latest technology
allowing them to streamline their business processes.
