Delinea Corporation Names Trey
Swain President
DALLAS, TX; December 1, 2003 - Delinea Corporation,
an application and business process management company serving the
energy and utility industries, today announced the appointment of
Trey Swain as President in addition to his current role of Chief
Operating Officer. John Harris, previously President and CEO will
remain an active member of the Delinea Board of Directors.
"Delinea has grown under John's leadership and I am excited
to have his continued involvement on our Board,” said Ray
Gary, Delinea Chairman. "Trey has served in several key roles
within Delinea including CFO and COO. His combination of financial,
operational and entrepreneurial leadership experience will enable

Prior to joining Delinea in 2000, Mr. Swain spent over 10 years
in the rapid growth wireless industry and served in various finance
and operations leadership roles. Mr. Swain began his career with
Ernst & Young LLP.
