City of Tulsa, Oklahoma 'Go
Live' with HiAffinity
LONDON, ENGLAND August 13, 2003 - DST International

today that the City of Tulsa, Oklahoma have completed their migration
from Custima to the HiAffinity Customer Care and Billing System.
The City started using the Custima CIS in October 1999 and their
move to HiAffinity will give the city access to the very latest
technology allowing them to streamline their business processes.
