Delinea Names David Bickerstaff
as Vice President, Utility Enterprise Solutions
July 29, 2003 - Delinea Corporation today announced
the appointment of David Bickerstaff as Vice President, Utility
Enterprise Solutions.
'David brings to Delinea a broad and extensive background of utility
and energy experience and has assisted companies in strategy, technology
and financial/operational improvement. His leadership and experience
will be a great asset to us as we continue to serve the utility
sector,' said John Harris, Delinea President and Chief Executive
Officer.
The Utility Enterprise Solutions is an integrated suite of applications
for the utility industry and enables utilities to improve customer
satisfaction, reduce costs and increase efficiency. Mr. Bickerstaff
will be responsible for the strategy, methodology and implementation
of the solutions to clients.
Prior to Delinea, Mr. Bickerstaff served as Vice President, Operations
of Exolink, a business process integration systems and services
company serving the energy industry. Mr. Bickerstaff has over 25
years experience in the utility and energy industry including Atmos
Energy, Ernst & Young LLP, Parson Group and ExoLink.
Mr. Bickerstaff received his BBA from West Texas State University
and is also a certified public accountant. He has also served on
utility association boards and has testified before numerous regulatory
agencies regarding industry issues.
