COLCHESTER, VT, May 28, 2003 - Systems & Software, Inc. (S&S), a leading provider of billing and customer service solutions for the utility industry, today announced that the Incorporated Village of Penn Yan (NY) will upgrade to enQuesta UtilitySuite.

UtilitySuite users since 1997, Penn Yan services approximately 3000 electric, water, and sewer accounts. “After extensive research and several site visits, we initially selected S&S as our CIS vendor because we felt their system would enable us to provide the best service to our customers such as accurate billings and the allotment for additional growth,” comments Dot Allen, Accounting, Penn Yan.

As Penn Yan has expanded, S&S has provided Penn Yan with the products and services required to meet their customers’ expectations. enQuesta’s intuitive design which allows for quick access to information through a single view will enable CSRs to provide customers with faster resolutions to inquiries. Customer satisfaction will only be enhanced.
