BELLEVUE, WA., and TORONTO, CANADA, May 28, 2003 - After an extensive and rigorous search for a CIS solution that aligns with their goal of providing exceptional public service, the City of Bellevue is pleased to announce the selection of Advanced Utility Systems’ CIS Infinity™.

The City is in the early stages of implementing CIS Infinity to manage the Customer Service and Billing requirements for 40,000 drinking water, wastewater, and storm and surface water customers.

Nav Otal, Assistant Director, City of Bellevue Utilities, explains the value of the selection process that brought them to Advanced Utility Systems Corporation (Advanced): “We didn’t want to get caught a few years down the road with a limited solution. The “next-phase plans” include moving CIS Infinity to the Microsoft .NET framework, employing COM components, and taking advantage of the inter-operability of both. The result will be a forward-facing CIS solution built on a foundation of exceptional performance in the utility industry.
