The Augusta Utilities Department
Enhances Customer Service with System & Software's enQuesta
COLCHESTER, VT., May 27, 2003 – Systems &

the Augusta Utilities Department (AUD) has successfully implemented
enQuesta UtilitySuite.

About Augusta Utilities Department
Augusta, Georgia is a political subdivision of the State of
Georgia, created in 1996 as a consolidation of the former City and
Richmond County. The Consolidated Government owns and operates a
water supply, treatment and distribution system that has a capacity
of 83.7 MGD and a sanitary sewer treatment and collection system
with a capacity of 48.34 MGD. The system serves approximately 66,000
water customers and 50,000 wastewater.
