Viterra and Cogsdale Announce Partnership
to provide Business Process Outsourcing Services to Regulated Utilities
May 21, 2003 - Viterra Energy Services and
Cogsdale Corporation are pleased to announce a new partnership that
will provide regulated utilities with the opportunity to outsource
their billing, collections and call center functions. As a leader
in providing outsourcing services to utilities, Viterra will utilize
their years of experience to provide a complete package of outsourcing
services. To support these services, Cogsdale will provide the billing
and customer management software required, fully integrated with
Great Plains financial software from Microsoft Business Solutions.
