Availability of New GIS Solutions
Products aimed at integrating operations and GIS data
SACRAMENTO, CA., January 30, 2003 - Hansen

government operations, today announced the availability of GeoAdministrator™
and GeoAssistant™ for providing automatic integration between Hansen’s
7 Series and ESRI’s ArcGIS™ geographic information system (GIS).
These products are designed to provide seamless cross-platform integration
to simplify the user experience. With either tool, organizations
can save time with the products’ improved data quality control interface
that synchronizes information between what is represented in the
GIS and Hansen databases.
Hansen’s GeoAdministrator is a premier data management and integrated
editing solution for the power GIS user. This solution provides
robust editing tools from the map to create, join, split and delete
assets in both Hansen 7 Series and ArcGIS, offering a consistent
user interface and automated data management.
GeoAssistant is the Hansen GIS interface for the desktop mapping
user. It provides a query, display and link interface, and allows
a user to create new assets in ArcGIS and link to Hansen data.
