City of Tampa Selects Hansen
to Increase Efficiency and Citizen Satisfaction
SACRAMENTO, CA., January 24, 2003 - Hansen Information
Technologies, the leading provider of solutions for government operations,
today announced that the City of Tampa has chosen Hansen’s Community
Development and Regulations (CDR) solution to automate and integrate
its office, field permitting and licensing operations. The City
also selected Hansen’s meter management and customer service modules
for its Water Department to round out its ability to increase citizen
satisfaction by better tracking water customer calls, processing
service request and managing work flow.
Hansen’s solutions provide a cost-effective and functionally rich
