Open-c Solutions Selects Fleishman-Hillard
as Public Relations Agency of Record
Leading PR Firm Will Provide Strategic
Public Relations Support For Minneapolis-Based Utility Billing and
Customer Care Solutions Provider
SAN DIEGO, CA, October 8, 2002 - Fleishman-Hillard Inc.
Today announced it has been selected as the public relations agency
of record for Open-c Solutions, a premier provider of billing and
customer care solutions to the utility and energy industries. Through
its San Diego-based operations, Fleishman-Hillard will coordinate
Open-c Solution’s public relations efforts both regionally and nationally.
Fleishman-Hillard also coordinates communications for the company’s
parent, National Water & Power, a utility billing and customer
care services provider.

of Fleishman-Hillard San Diego. “Representing both Open-c and National

Open-c provides customer solutions specifically designed to support
the changing environment in which utility and energy companies must
now operate. The company is in the midst of bringing live its first
three installations, including WPS Resource Corporation, a Wisconsin
based electric and gas company.
