Customer Watch™ Receives “Premier
Product Award”
New CIS product developed by Conversant,
Inc. offers “next generation” technology
HOUSTON, TX., August 29, 2002 - Just two short months after
its introduction at the CIS Conference in Baltimore, Conversant,
Inc.’s Customer Watch™ Customer Information System has been honored
by Oildom Publishing and Power and Gas Marketing Magazine with their
prestigious "Premium Product Award"” The award recognizes
products that are considered innovative within their market niche.
According to Jeff Share, editor of Power Gas Marketing, "Our
entire team was very impressed with Customer Watch and the technology
platform it is built on. The developmental story – within a utility
IT department - is an interesting one, and that caught our attention,
as well. It also was interesting to see that people were standing
ten deep to view product demonstrations of Customer Watch during
