City of Fort Collins Chooses Frank
Solutions to Implement TelePath Call Center Solution
TelePath will provide IVR,
ACD, Telephony and Ecommerce solutions for Utility Division
ENGLEWOOD, CO., (Business Wire) May 14, 2002 - Frank Solutions,
Inc. (FSI), a national leader in Call Center technologies, today
announced that it has been selected by the City of Fort Collins
to provide a complete Call Center solution for their Utility Division.
The FSI Telepath™ solution will provide Interactive Voice Response
(IVR), Voice Recognition, Automated Call Distributor (ACD), and
Telephony applications.
TelePath will be implemented to provide 24 hour a day access to
Customer Information an automated basis. This will include Account
Information, Payment Dates, and Payment Extensions for the Utility’s
Customers. TelePath will be seamlessly integrated with Utility’s
existing Customer Information System to provide the data access
and entry. TelePath will enable customers to speak their information
directly into the system using Voice Recognition technology.
TelePath will also provide a complete Telephony solution encompasses
Automated Call Distribution and Telephony. This will include the
TelePath Screen Pop application, which simultaneously delivers incoming
calls and Customer Information Screens to service representatives.
This TelePath Telephony solution also provides multi-media queuing
that enables customers to contact the Utility using the telephone,
email, and fax.
