RICHMOND and VIRGINIA BEACH, VA and LEXINGTON, MA., January 7, 2002 – Broadband systems integrator Xperts Inc. has joined Excelergy® Corporation in an agreement to deliver Excelergy's software products to Virginia-based broadband video and interactive service provider S² Entertainment.  S² Entertainment, Excelergy's first media/communications client, will use Excelergy's products to provide billing and customer management for its subscribers and business partners in service areas around the country.

Xperts will assist S² Entertainment in implementing its core customer care system with two of Excelergy's software products, Excelergy eXACT for Retail Markets™ and Excelergy Advanced Business Package™. Excelergy eXACT for Retail Markets streamlines and automates mission-critical business processes between companies in restructuring retail markets, enabling broadband clients to create and manage relationships and collaborative exchange with business partners. Excelergy Advanced Business Package enables broadband providers to automate vital business processes such as customer relationship management (CRM), general customer care and billing in a customer-centric - as opposed to dwelling-centric - model.
