MIAMI, FL., December 12, 2001 - Peace Software, a leading provider of advanced customer management solutions for utilities and energy retailers, today announced that Patricia (Pat) Moscarelli has been appointed as vice president of development. Moscarelli will advance Peace Software's 250+ member Auckland-based development organization to its next growth stage for large-scale delivery in regulated, transitioning and competitive markets.

Moscarelli has more than 23 years experience in software development, delivery, consulting and implementation. She was most recently senior vice president of product management and development for ChannelPoint, a Colorado-based provider of Internet-based B2B solutions. Moscarelli managed ChanelPoint's 1,000-person development organization spread across five geographic locations. Prior to ChannelPoint, Moscarelli served as vice president of product development for JD Edwards, a provider of collaborative Internet solutions including utility billing, CRM, financial, globalization, and business intelligence applications.
