MORRISTOWN, NJ., October 16, 2001- TransFormance Group, a consulting division of SPL WorldGroup B.V., announced that Mr. Marc F. Jacobson has joined them as Principal. The TransFormance Group helps companies develop people, processes and technology to enable and foster innovation and transformation in response to rapidly evolving industry business models. The new division of SPL was first announced last August and is headed by Managing Director, Joanne Kelley.

Jacobson has an impressive background in customer management and its processes, having held positions with answerthink, Inc., Accenture, KPMG Peat Marwick, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, and other leading management consulting firms. He will play a key role in the on-going development of TransFormance; its tools and methodologies as well as in leading client projects.
