Peace Software Appoints Derek
Van Keuren VP of Human Resources
MIAMI, FL., August 30, 2001 - Peace Software, a leading

and retail energy companies, today announced that Derek Van Keuren
has been appointed vice president of Human Resources. Van Keuren
will scale the company's human resources to meet growing client
demand in regulated, transitional and competitive markets.

for Forums Communications. At Forums, Derek grew the company's employee
base from 18 to over 800 employees in three years. Previously, Van
Keuren was HR vice president for the North and South American regions
of Philips Consumer Communications.
