SAN DIEGO, CA ., July 16, 2001 - Cayenta™, a subsidiary of The Titan Corporation (NYSE:TTN) and a Total Solutions Provider of Information Technology software and services, today announced that it has signed multiple customer agreements for its suite of Utility and Financial applications software. The combined value of these agreements is in excess of $11 million.

The Kansas City Board of Public Utilities, the City of Rock Hill, South Carolina and EnergyUnited, North Carolina's largest electric cooperative have all selected the Cayenta Utility and Financial solution suite. The Cayenta suite includes a complete Customer Information System, Financial Management software, and an Asset Lifecycle Management System. Cayenta will also provide the professional services to tailor the Cayenta systems to meet the specific needs of each customer. Additionally, the City of Shelby, North Carolina has selected UtilityManager, the Cayenta Customer Information System (CIS), as its new customer service and billing solution. UtilityManager is a complete billing, customer information and eCommerce solution for municipal and privately owned utilities.
