and IBM WebSphere platforms and led by Wayne Fleming. Mr. Fleming,

initiatives, will lead a new Collaborative Technologies Practice.

Intranet, Extranet, and Groupware systems. Mr. Fleming grew the
practice to premier status, culminating with a 2001 Beacon Award
for “Excellence in Partnering” at IBM's annual Lotusphere conference.
