New West Energy Selects Excelergy's
Software to Reduce Costs, Increase Speed to Market

LEXINGTON, MA., April 17, 2001 – Excelergy Corporation,

for inter-company collaboration, has signed an agreement to provide
Phoenix, Arizona-based New West Energy Corporation with its Excelergy
eXACTTM and Excelergy Advanced Business PackageTM software products.
Excelergy eXACT automates collaboration and care between businesses,
and Excelergy Advanced Business Package manages intricate internal
business units, such as complex billing and customer care.
