Peace Software Appoints Fiona Taylor
as VP of Professional Services
ATLANTA, GA., February 13, 2001 - Peace Software, the leading

energy industry, today announced Fiona Taylor has been appointed
vice president of Peace Software's Professional Services organization.
Taylor will lead Peace Software's rapidly expanding implementation
and customer support operations for the innovative Energy suite
for customer and commodity management in restructuring energy markets
worldwide.

Formerly the director of customer services at BC Gas Utility Ltd.,
Taylor has extensive first-hand experience with Peace Software's
advanced technology and services from a client perspective. At BC
Gas, Taylor was directly accountable for the business planning and
implementation of Peace's Energy suite which resulted in such measurable
results as reducing 35 seconds from the average call time in BC
Gas' call center. Taylor was with Anderson Consulting (now Accenture)
utility practice for the previous ten years.
