American Electric Power (AEP) Signs
Contract with Peace Software
Peace Software's experience,
functionality and commitment key to AEP's decision -
ATLANTA, GA., December 7, 2000 - Peace Software, a global
provider of e-Business solutions for energy retail companies, today
announced that American Electric Power (AEP), one of the world's
largest energy providers, has licensed Peace's Energy solution for
use in deregulated retail markets in the United States.

AEP will deploy the Peace Energy solution to serve more than one
million customers in the soon-to-deregulate Texas electricity market.

will be critical success factors for leaders in new markets for
energy-related products and services.
