DENVER, CO. November 28, 2000 -  Jennifer (Jenn) Jones has joined the Denver office of Orcom Solutions as Senior Manager, Data Center Operations. Orcom is the leading Application Service Provider (ASP) of customer information and billing services to the utility industry.

In her new position, Jones will be responsible for the ongoing support and operations of the technology infrastructure for Orcom’s ASP offering. She also will be leading Orcom’s AS/400 engineering and operations teams. Orcom maintains and manages multiple ASP computing service centers as well as a highly complex networking infrastructure. Orcom currently handles 1.2 million outsourced bills per month for its ASP clients.

Jones brings to Orcom more than 15 years experience working with midrange and client server-based environments. Her background includes IT management positions with CIRSA (Colorado Intergovernmental Risk-Sharing Agency), where she was Network Manager, and Gary Williams Energy.
