Marisol Konczal, US West
Marketing Vetran, Joins Orcom Solutions
DENVER, CO. November 14, 2000 - Orcom Solutions
has named Marisol Konczal, who formerly led marketing efforts for
U S WEST (now Qwest), as Director of Marketing. Orcom is the leading
Application Service Provider (ASP) of customer care and billing
solutions to the utility and energy industries.
As Director of Marketing, Konczal will be responsible for leading
Orcom’s branding, advertising, marketing and communications initiatives
as the company expands its presence in the North American utility
marketplace.

While at U S WEST, Konczal oversaw marketing and communications
strategy for the company’s Small Business and Consumer Group, launched
VDSL and DSL product lines in key markets and managed the product
and branding team.
Konczal’s background also includes having served as Director of
Marketing for a TCI subsidiary and for Citigroup/Diners Club. She
holds a master’s degree in organizational management and a bachelor’s
degree in public relations from the University of Southwestern Louisiana.
