TORONto, CANDADA and WATERVILLE, MA., August 29, 2000 /PRNewswire/ - Rekadom, Inc. announced the successful completion of a consulting services contract at TorontoHydro with the commencement of full production billing and customer service center operations July 5th for an additional 450,000 of TorontoHydro Electric System's customers on BANNER CIS. In June of 1999 Rekadom, Inc. implemented an initial 230,000 TorontoHydro customers onto BANNER CIS; with this latest conversion and system integration effort, TorontoHydro now has their entire customer base online.

This milestone completes the final amalgamation of six Toronto utilities onto one customer information and billing system.

Rekadom personnel provided TorontoHydro project management consulting, functional and technical consulting, and system development and modification services for the migration of five regional utilities to TorontoHydro's production Customer Information System (CIS), BANNER™ CIS.
