ENLOGIX' clients using SCT's Banner Customer Management System include Union Gas, Union Energy, Centra Gas BC, Pacific Northern Gas, the City of Calgary, Enmax and Centra Gas Manitoba. SCT's Banner system is used to Support multi-services across these companies including gas, financing, ancillary products, electricity, water, and solid waste.

SCT's Customer Management System solutions enable the Westcoast Energy companies to significantly expand the depth of service they provide to their customers. Among these new services are dynamic links to Customer accounts; the integration of service orders; posting payments and meter readings; simplified record keeping and account history access; efficient scheduling of customer work orders; rapid communication of new market plans to appropriate customers; and two-way, interactive on-line customer communication.
