today the appointment of Charles Goodman as the managing director
of SCT's Energy Extended Enterprise Consulting Practice.

Goodman's 19 years of progressive experience in executive leadership,
corporate governance, strategic and business planning, utility
operations, and customer service equip him with a unique perspective

Goodman joins SCT after working as the executive vice president
of utility operations at Atmos Energy Corporation, a Dallas-based
progressive investor owned utility (IOU). Here, he was responsible
for five natural gas utility business divisions operating in twelve
states, serving over one million customers. During his tenure,
he was responsible for the formulation and execution of key business
strategies that ensured ongoing success in a consolidating and
rapidly changing business environment. He also evaluated, recommended
and implemented the use of new technologies to Enhance the overall
performance of the company, leading the industry in most financial
and tactical benchmarks. Goodman performed valuation assessments
and integration of strategic business acquisitions, building a
comprehensive integration strategy that provided for full benefit
realization and preservation of local brand equity.
