Key Compton to Board of Directors

Directors.
Mr. Compton joins other USPowerSolutions Board members including:

Mr. Compton is also co-founder of both Mimeo.com, an Internet-based

and e-commerce center for kids and teens online. Previously, he
was an equity securities analyst at Bramwell Capital Management
and remains a frequent speaker on Internet technology, business
