of Solutions to Perform Transaction Processing for the Retail Energy

Firm to license Excelergy ABP 3000 and eXACT

Retx.com, a pioneer in Web-based services for the retail energy
market, announced today that it has selected Excelergy Corporation's
suite of solutions toperform its business-to-business data transaction
processing, including customer enrollments and customer data aggregation.
Under the agreement, Excelergy, a provider of business-to-business
technology for the retail energy industry, will provide Retx.com
with its ABPTM 3000 billing and customer care solution and eXACTTM
trading partner and transaction management solution.

Retx.com will use Excelergy's ABP 3000 and eXACT customer data management
functionalities toload transaction information that has been aggregated
for settlement purposes. After compiling the data, Retx.com will
distribute it among appropriate utilities and energy service companies
in a transaction clearinghouse capacity. ABP 3000 and eXACT will
allow Retx.com to ensure data integrity and aggregate transaction
information to be sent to Market participants for processing.
