Excelergy and Derivion Form Alliance to Bring Integrated e-Billing to Utilities Nationwide

ATLANTA, GA and LEXINGTON, MA., June 26, 2000 - Derivion, the only application service provider (ASP) to Deliver a comprehensive e-billing solution designed for the Internet, and Excelergy Corporation, a provider of business-to-business technology to the retail energy market, today announced an agreement to integrate the Excelergy ABP* 3000 billing and customer care solution with Derivion's inetBillerSM e-billing solution. The combination of the flagship products of these two leading technology providers will enable utilities and energy companies to accelerate their e-commerce strategies while offering advanced customer service to energy consumers.
