Integretel Inc., a third-party billing and collection service bureau, today announced an agreement with Info Directions, Inc., a leading supplier of telecommunications rating, billing and customer care solutions, to Offer an Application Service Provider (ASP) billing solution as part of Integretel's host of billing service bureau solutions.

By upgrading its current system to Info Direction's CostGuard™ platform, Integretel can offer DirectIMPACT, a scalable and flexible billing and customer care solution to service providers at a fraction of the cost of traditional billing systems.

Integretel's service bureau model includes rating, taxing, invoicing, reporting, debt management, and lock-box processing, in addition to web-enabled customer service for customer set up and inquiry. Through a scalable billing platform, Integretel's clients have access to complete billing capabilities and additional support services as their customer base expands and transactions increase.

Due to the shortage of application experts, incremental cost of owning data centers, and a need to deploy faster applications enterprise-wide, service providers are searching for seamless ways to stay ahead without incurring additional expense.
