Peace Joins the Siebel Alliance Program as a Software Partner

As competition increases through deregulation of the industry nationwide, energy companies are relying on the Internet in order to service customers more effectively. Peace Software has joined the Siebel Alliance Program as a Software Partner and will integrate its web-based CIS, Energy, with Siebel eEnergy to Offer the energy industry a complete customer information management solution.

Energy offers advanced customer management and billing functionality for deregulated needs, including integrated enrollments, trading, settlements and profitability analysis, all driven by a 3-D web browser. Siebel eEnergy provides companies with integrated sales, marketing, service and eCommerce applications to manage customer relationships. In combination, the products will offer utility companies and energy providers the full complement of customer servicing capabilities and enable them to better compete in a deregulated market.
