CHICAGO, IL., February 3, 2000 - A team led by Science Applications
International Corporation (SAIC) today announced that it will significantly
increase the information technology (IT) services that the team
currently provides to BP Amoco.
SAIC and its partner Getronics of Billerica, Mass., the U.S.-based

server, and desktop support under a new agreement valued at more
than $30 million. The number of BP Amoco employee desktops supported
by the two companies will increase from approximately 5,000 to18,000,
covering more than 100 locations in 39 states.

to the IT services that SAIC had been providing to BP for several
years," said Mark Pierson, SAIC vice president, explaining
