live during fiscal year 1999.
"SCT continues to set the bar in the industry in keeping its

technically over the life of their system, generating a low cost,

Implementations included deregulating multi-service companies such
as Integral Energy, a large energy service provider in Australia;
Centra Gas Manitoba of Canada and Philadelphia Suburban Water. Progressive,
competitive municipality implementations included the City of Charlotte,
NC, City of Riverside, CA, Manatee County, FL, Albany, NY Water
Gas & Light, City of Roseville, CA, City of Palo Alto, CA and
Wichita Falls, TX. Leading generation company implementations included

during the first quarter, including Utilipro, a leading US industry
application service provider, AllEnergy, a successful northeast
US energy services provider, and Union Gas North, a wholly owned

"With the great level of complexity associated with operating
behind more than 40 utility jurisdictions in the northeastern US,
our recent migration with SCT Banner provides us with a distinct
competitive advantage," said Arthur Pearson, director of information
services at AllEnergy, based in Waltham, MA. "Banner is our
