MALVERN, PA., October 11, 1999 - SCT's (Nasdaq: SCTC) Energy,Utilities and Communications market unit today announced the immediate availability of Banner Customer Information System version 2.2.2, a key component of the Banner Customer Management Suite.

Banner CIS 2.2.2 enables utility and energy service providers to better manage customer and partner information for improved customer service through the reliable exchange of information across organizational business units and business partners.

  • Integration with Banner Work Management System offers clients an automated link for generating work orders directly from CIS,providing a powerful communications and information tool for enhancing customer relationships.
