LaserNet and Anacomp Announce
Joint Venture to Blend Service Offerings in Wisconsin
WISCONSIN, IL., September 27, 1999 - LaserNet
LLC, a leading provider of outsource document management solutions,
announced today it has partnered with Anacomp Inc., a world leader
of digital document management solutions, to service the Wisconsin
market.
Under the terms of the agreement, LaserNet will assume responsibility
for operation of all Anacomp's Wisconsin production facilities.
Anacomp will continue to provide billing, customer service support
and technical support. LaserNet will have access to anacomp's Data
Center Control System as well as to its CD-ROM and Computer Output
to Microfiche (COM) production systems. LaserNet brings expanded
service offerings to these facilities with its high-speed laser
printing and mailing services.
