According to Enercom's President and CEO Paul Conlan, many Americans

to be accessible on the phone as well as via the Internet. "Energy
Depot's success can be attributed to the fact that consumers and
business owners want to know more about their energy and water use,
and that they increasingly turn to the Internet as a primary source
of information."
Avista joins 26 other energy and water companies that are using
Enercom's Energy and/or Water Depot programs. "Each application
is customized to the needs of the company," said Conlan. "These
options include a Personal Energy Profile to analyze their energy
